1. We all have default settings. Overriding them can be a challenge. 
2. We are all the beneficiaries of immeasurable kindness. 
3. A proper table height to chair height ratio is surprisingly important. 
4. Sometimes a notion is hard to shake. 
5. Eventually the learning starts to soak in. 
6. Let someone know you love them. 
7. Saying you don’t need anything from the grocery store is the surest way to end up there later in the day. 
8. To know we are not alone. 
9. When someone brings you the gift of a song. 
10. How validating it is when the youth think we’re cool, and yet how misguided their judgment so often is.
